What is the expedited complaints process?
Unfortunately in some cases complainants, because of the frequency or nature of their contact with the SmartCityCoin.io, hinder consideration of their, or other peoples’, complaints and disrupt the smooth running of the moderation process. When this happens, appeals will no longer be considered from this complainant with the procedure outlined above.
In addition, you may be asked to put your complaint in writing and send it by posted letter. There is a useful list of the type of actions that might characterise vexatious complaining put together by the Local Government Ombudsman in the LGO guidance notes on actions against unreasonably persisted complaints.
